You can see the moon from everywhere, but have you ever looked at it up close? Join us at the L&A Dark Sky Viewing Area for our “Up Close with The Moon” event on Saturday, July 29th at 9:30pm. Volunteer Tim Trentadue will be at the Dark Sky Viewing Area to teach visitors bit about the moon, and you can take a up close look at its surface through his high powered telescope.
