Transportation
Canadian National bisects this region with Canada’s most travelled rail corridor, and its spur lines complement available industrial lots. L&A’s proximity to the St. Lawrence Seaway is another good alternative for shipping manufactured goods or raw materials. L&A is centrally situated among international airports in Toronto, Montreal, Ottawa, and Buffalo. We are also connected by Kingston’s Norman Rogers Airport and smaller commuter link airports within a 30-minute drive.

Industrial & business parks – open for business
The Richmond Industrial Park is located in the Town of Greater Napanee. The Park has access to services with over 800 acres available. With immediate access to Highway 401, the Richmond Industrial Park is ideal for general industry as well as a terrific distribution and warehousing opportunity.
Goodyear’s 800,000 sq. ft. plant is the anchor to the Richmond Industrial Park. Other business developments in the park include RC Industrial, Rogan Kitchen Manufacturing, CAT Transport, ABcann Medicinals and GT Machining & Fabricating.
Upgraded municipal water and sewer, natural gas, telecommunications, and electricity utilities are found along Kimmett Side Road and Goodyear Road.

The Loyalist East Business Park is located in Loyalist Township, 6.5 km south of Highway 401 and 4 km west of Kingston. Lennox and Addington’s newest business park is ideal for light industry or professional offices. The Loyalist East Business Park is fully serviced with lot sizes ranging from 8.5 to 0.5 acres.
The Park is located at the intersection of two major arterial roads: County Road 6 and County Road 23 (Taylor Kidd Boulevard).
The north site boundary abuts the Canadian National Railway. Land to the west of the Park has been designated and zoned to permit industrial development, while land to the north of the CN Railway is rural land.

The Taylor Kidd Industrial Park is located in Loyalist Township, 10 km south of Highway 401 and 10 km west of Kingston.
The Taylor Kidd Industrial Park is ideal for general and heavy industry. Over 575 acres of industrially zoned land is available. Access to rail (CN) is available; as well, there’s the opportunity for new dock construction on Lake Ontario. Current tenants of the industrial park include Bombardier Transportation, Direct Coil and Coco Paving.
