2023 Market Season Has Arrived

There’s always something special about visiting a local market. The atmosphere is pleasant & inviting, and it’s an excellent chance to chat with proud local makers that have most likely grown, produced, baked or crafted the very items that they’re selling.

You’re bound to find something you’ll love that is not sold in any store.

Here in Lennox & Addington, there are many such markets in all corners of the county. Some sell only farm-fresh produce, others sell just crafts & artisan items, and some provide a perfect combination of both. When you’re out and about in Lennox & Addington on a weekend, be sure to stop in to check out what’s available at markets in Newburgh, Bath, Amherstview, Yarker, Erinsville & Northbrook.

Amherstview Farmers’ Market

322 Amherst Drive, Amherstview

Running Saturdays from 9am – 2pm until October 7, 2023

The Amherstview Farmers’ Market does an amazing job supporting various local small farm-related businesses in Lennox & Addington. You’ll find a great mix of seasonal item, depending on the time of year. They’re located in the parking lot at the WJ Henderson Recreation Centre in Amherstview.

 

Bath Sunday Market

Centennial Park, Bath

Running Sundays from 10am – 4pm until October 8, 2023

The longstanding Bath Sunday Market has returned for another fantastic season at Centennial Park. Visit with vendors selling produce, baked goods, crafted items, jewelry, collections, art and more. They’re located at Centennial Park downtown in the village. Spend some time at the market and then head over to the community’s historic downtown for more shopping and a bite to eat.

 

Beaver Lake Farmers’ & Artisan Market

Lions Beaver Lake Park, Erinsville

Running Fridays from 3 – 7pm through the summer.

The Beaver Lake Farmers & Artisan Market is a fantastic community-driven group of individuals that sell a great variety agricultural and crafted products. Conveniently located at Lions Beaver Lake Park in Erinsville, the market is particularly popular with campers and cottagers making their way north for the weekend.

 

The Hollow Square Market

425 Main Street, Newburgh

Bi-weekly Saturdays from 9am – 2pm until October 14, 2023.

We know you’ll love your visit to the The Hollow Square Market in Newburgh. showcase a wide variety of fantastic craft and artisan offerings, including candles, jewellry, woodworking items, baked goods, body care products and much more!

 

Northbrook Farmers’ Market

12238 Highway 41, Northbrook

Saturdays from 10am – 1pm until September 2, 2023

The Northbrook Farmers’ Market is another very popular market for campers and cottagers in Addington Highlands. Browse a great selection of products including farm items including fresh produce, preserves, honey, flowers, herbs, maple syrup, pork, beef and eggs. You can also find artisans and crafted items.

 

Yarker Farmers’ Market

2 Mill Street, Yarker

Bi-weekly Saturdays from 9am – 1pm from June 24 until September 30, 2023.

The Yarker Farmers’ Market is celebrating its 10th anniversary in 2023! You’ll find an amazing assortment of fresh local produce as well as artisan and baked goods. They’re located just north of the bridge. Enjoy the view of Simcoe falls as you browse a great selection of vendors.
