This scene may appear to be a typical rural Ontario landscape, but in a few short months this snow-covered field will look – and smell – much, much different.
This summer, Sarah & Jim Wynn from Wynn Farms Apple Orchard are excited to be opening a brand new agri-tourism experience just down the road from where families have been apple-picking for decades. This new experience will still involve picking… but instead of Macs, Cortlands and Spartans, visitors will be creating their very own floral bouquets.
The Wynn Pick-Your-Own Flower Farm is just a few kilometres west of the orchard at 9592 Loyalist Parkway near Bergeron Estate Winery & Cider Company in Adolphustown. The property, which stretches from the Parkway right down to the shore of Lake Ontario, will include fields filled with a beautiful mix of sunflowers, zinnia, cosmo, bells of Ireland, rudebeckia, calendula, celosia, yarrow, mint and so much more.
In addition to friends-&-family picking, bookings will be available for small group sessions, girls nights, date nights, kids sessions, workshops and similar gatherings. It’s sure to be a fun summer among the flowers down at the farm.
The Wynn’s are thrilled to finally bring this unique experience to residents and visitors to Naturally L&A. Find out more about this exciting new experience at www.wynnfarms.ca.
